San Diego , CA – TaliMar Financial, a San Diego Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $546,000 Hard Money Fix and Flip Loan (learn more about our Fix and Flip loan program), secured on a single family home in San Diego, CA. The loan was originated by Brandon Warnke.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a private money real estate loan to purchase a single-family home. Their plan is to list the property for sale once they complete a full renovation of the property (read our article on What is Fix and Flip Loan). They requested that the loan include 100% of the renovation costs.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the borrower was seeking a loan that included funds for the purchase and the renovation costs and did not have time to complete an appraisal.
